Residents, get ready to make a splash! Our community features two great pools exclusively available for your use. Relax in the sun or cool off during the warm season with a dip in our heated pools. With one large pool and a smaller pool surrounded by shady spots, there's something for everyone. So grab your sunscreen, pack a towel, and don't forget your favorite poolside read - our pools are waiting for you! You'll find the large pool at the clubhouse at number 2421, and the small pool adjacent to house number 2434.

Rules

Maintaining our community pools is a shared responsibility, and we all have a role to play in keeping them clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone. That's why we have established a set of pool rules designed to ensure that our common resource isn't abused. By following these rules, we can help prevent accidents, protect the pool area from damage, and promote safe and responsible behavior.

Lock Gates

Pool gates must be kept locked at all times.

Shared Space

Pool & patio may not be reserved for exclusive use.

Adult Supervision

Persons under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older.

Safety

No Lifeguard

No lifeguard is on duty. Swimmers will swim at their own risk. Please observe water safety procedures.

No Shatterables

Food and Beverages must be in plastic or metal containers. No glass or breakable objects are allowed on the pool deck or pools.

Etiquette & Courtesy

Cooperative Use

Lap swimmers and casual swimmers should respect one another.

Quiet Environment

No excessive noise in the pool area.

Protective Attire

Incontinent people must wear protective undergarments.

Protect Furniture

Place towels on pool furniture to prevent damage from suntan lotion.

Litter Bugs

All litter must be disposed of in trash containers

Secure Umbrellas

Close umbrellas after use to prevent wind damage.

Store Floaties

Flotation devices are permitted but must be neatly stored when not in use.
